What is bi flag?

The Bisexual Pride Flag is a flag representing bisexual individuals, the bisexual community, and bisexuality in general. It was designed by Michael Page in 1998 to give the bisexual community its own symbol, since earlier symbols like the "biangles" were not widely recognized.

The flag consists of three horizontal stripes:

  • Pink (or magenta): Represents attraction to the same gender.
  • Blue: Represents attraction to a different gender.
  • Purple (lavender): Represents attraction to both genders. This is the result of the pink and blue blending together.
